Payment

To secure the booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking. We allow a time period of 24 hours to preliminary reserve the booking, for payment to be made. The outstanding balance on the booking must then be paid into our bank 14 days prior to arrival.

Any bookings made shorter than 14 days prior to arrival must be fully paid before the booking will be confirmed.

Payment can only be made by EFT (electronic fund transfer) or direct deposits to our bank account. Guests will be liable for all transfer and commission payable on overseas transfers. No Cheques will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement. If you cancel your booking after it was confirmed, the cancellation policy will apply.

0-7 days before arrival – 100% of the deposit (no refund)

8-14 days before arrival – 75% of the deposit (25% refunded)

15-21 days before arrival – 50% of the deposit (50% refunded)

22-28 days before arrival – 25% of the deposit (75% refunded)

Check-in Time

Check-in will be between 14h00 through 18h00. Any check-in later that these times must be arranged with management prior to arrival.

Check-Out Time

No later than 10h00. Later departures must be arranged with management.

Cleaning of Units

The Unit will be serviced daily on week days.

Services include:

Making of beds
General cleaning of the unit
Guests are responsible for the washing of their own dishes
Linen is changed every 5th day and towels every 3rd day for longer staying clientèle

Internet

A Wi-Fi service is available throughout the Guest House and Units

Keys

Guests are fully responsible for the keys during your stay. The cost for lost or unreturned keys will be charged at R850 per set.

Television

Each Unit has its own Television and has access to the DSTV’s bouquet of channels.

Laundry

There is a fully equipped laundry dedicated for the use of Dieu Donne guests
